630mm Large-diameter square chuck laser metal pipe cutting machine belongs to the high-end laser cutting equipment of ultra-large diameter and ultra-heavy load level in the current market, mainly used in heavy manufacturing, marine engineering, energy equipment, ultra-large component manufacturing and other fields. 1. Ultimate large pipe material adaptability

Supports maximum clamping:

Round pipe diameter up to 630mm

Square pipe diagonal up to 600mm Above, suitable for special structural parts, ultra-large pipe support parts, etc.

The square chuck structure is more suitable for clamping irregular pipes and square rectangular pipes, avoiding rotation and slippage.

2. High-power laser system

The laser power range is usually in 12kW~30kW ，Meet the needs of rapid cutting of thick-walled ( 20mm above) pipe materials.

3. Heavy-duty bed + High rigidity structure

The whole machine design strengthens the bed and clamping bracket, with high load-bearing capacity, and can support stable processing of single pipe materials weighing more than 3 tons.

4. Intelligent chuck and synchronous drive system

Dual large-size chuck synchronous rotation control, supporting pipe length 6 meters /9 meters /12 meters and longer customization, improving concentricity and cutting accuracy.

5. Advanced bevel /3D Cutting function (optional)

Five-axis swing head cutting system, realizing large-diameter bevel, welding seam reserved angle cutting, conical interface and other processes, suitable for engineering welding structural parts.
