RL rail-type laser cutting machine

The RL series gantry-type laser cutting machine (also known as: gantry-type large-format laser sheet cutting center) is a high-power laser equipment designed by our company for extra-large size sheets/extra-large workpieces. It adopts a gantry dual-drive structure + ground rail guide layout, with ultra-long cutting range, strong load-bearing capacity, and heavy-duty performance. It is suitable for special metal sheet processing in shipbuilding, rail transit, bridge, steel structure, wind power and other industries.

Common examples: 12000×3000mm, 16000×4000mm, 24000×3000mm, 30000×4000mm, etc., can be fully customized according to needs.

Gantry-type cutting machines are essentially "infinitely extendable in length", limited only by factory space and track installation, suitable for cutting large steel plates or processing long workpieces.

II. Laser power configuration

Commonly equipped high-power brands include: IPG, Raycus, Chuangxin, etc.

High power is suitable for bevel cutting, one-time forming instead of flame/plasma cutting.

2. Ground rail laying, stable and reliable

The ground rail guide is embedded in the ground or installed on the ground foundation, with strong load-bearing capacity and good seismic resistance, suitable for placing heavy steel plates and continuous processing.

3. Supports multi-head cutting/bevel cutting

Optional dual cutting heads, five-axis bevel laser heads (achieving Y/V/X/K bevel one-time forming, convenient for welding pretreatment).

4. Adaptable to automatic loading and unloading system (expandable)

Various automation solutions.

5. Supports various metal materials and thicknesses

Suitable for cutting medium and thick plates of carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, high-strength steel, aluminum plates, titanium alloys and other materials.

6. Dedicated industrial control system + dustproof and collision-proof design

Mostly uses CypCut and other industrial control systems, the system is stable and easy to operate.

The laser head has automatic obstacle avoidance, collision protection, and dust protection functions.
